Summer has officially arrived and it is time to put on your bathing suits.  For this, it is a great idea to begin getting fit and toned to help you not only look better, but feel better.  To help motivate you to get active, here are some great workout outfits for the gym and workouts.
Since you will want to concentrate on your workout, you should dress in breathable and comfortable fabrics.

Outfit tips for workout:

A loose tank top is always comfy, pretty, and hides the right spots.

A good support sport bra is very important for high intensity workouts.  There are a variety of sport bras available so try them on and make sure they give you the support you need.

Printed tights are the best.  They look excellent for workout since they are stretchy and prevent chafing while you run.  They also add a lot of interest to your look.

Running shoes are a very important part of your workout outfit.  There are also a huge variety of they are also fashionable item and there are new innovative designs available.

A nice gym bag is not only important to fit all your gear, but can also be pretty and colorful. 

A good BPA free water bottle is a necessary part of your equipment. It will keep you hydrated during the hot summer days when you workout.  Note though that if you are working out outside, you should either do so in the early morning or in the evening when it is cooler.  It is not recommended to work out during the heat of the day when the sun is blazing down.  Be safe and be healthy. You will feel better and look better.
